ABOUT ME

I have a natural gift for connecting with people and helping them dig deep to view their lives and obstacles from different perspectives. Before becoming a certified psychedelic integration coach with Third Wave, I spent 25 years in the hospitality industry as a fine dining chef, caterer, corporate chef and dining director. This work fueled my creative side and allowed me to coach large teams through stressful situations towards successful outcomes.  I discovered that my passion for working with people and helping them realize their potential came to outweigh my culinary duties. My coaching style is rooted in presence, compassion, and potent query. Alongside my training as a coach my passions for mindfulness, buoyancy practice, ancient mythos & symbolism, meditation,  grounding, and journaling aid me in forming strong & meaningful connections. For decades, I have been on my own journey to heal and optimize myself with psychedelic plant medicines.   I have a great respect for plant medicines, psychedelics and the experiences they provide.  I have been an active member of the psychedelic community and an advocate for integration practices as a moderator of the Third Wave community and graduate of The Psychedelic Coaching Institute. I feel inspired to assist my clients bring out their best selves through integration and gain as much as they can from their journeys, ceremonies, and inner reflections, both through medicine and mindful modalities. In addition to being a certified integration coach, I am working towards ICS accreditation in transformational coaching, Internal Family System (IFS) practices and Hakomi Somatic medicine.  I have a deep love for nature, animals, food, sound therapy and diverse cultures.
